Chas Everitt
Remembering the life and legacy of a giant

Hi there

November has been a time of great loss for the Chas Everitt family. Many of you already know that we recently said our final farewells to Charles Somerset Everitt, who was the co-founder of the original Chas Everitt Estates in Johannesburg back in 1980 – and an icon of the South African real estate industry.

It’s with this devastating loss that we are reminded that for everything there is a season. And as we move into the festive one and the next chapter for the Chas Everitt family, we hold onto the special impact that Charles made on the real estate industry and the lives of those who knew him.

In this issue of our newsletter, our CEO Berry Everitt reflects on the enormous legacy of his late father, the growth of luxury estates and spotlights an incredible agent.

We hope you enjoy the read and wish you a blessed festive season.
