A New Chapter for Stratitude

After nearly two decades of building and leading Stratitude, Sylvia Zanetti is stepping down from her day-to-day executive role as Managing Director and Lead Strategist, with Natalie Davies taking over the reins as CEO.

The announcement marks a natural evolution of a leadership transition that has been taking place over the past two years. Sylvia will remain closely connected to Stratitude as a director and shareholder, continuing her involvement at a board and shareholder level.

Nearly Two Decades of Building Stratitude

As a founding member, Sylvia has played an integral role in growing Stratitude from its beginnings into the full-service, strategy-led creative agency it is today.

Under her leadership, the agency has expanded its capabilities and client portfolio, produced multiple award-winning campaigns and built a reputation for combining strategic thinking, creativity and integrated execution to deliver against real business objectives.

Sylvia has also helped grow Stratitude’s international presence through AMIN Worldwide, building relationships with independent agency partners around the world and creating opportunities for collaboration, shared expertise and new business.

Natalie Davies Takes the Reins as CEO

While the title may be new, Natalie’s leadership of the business isn’t.

Over the past two years, Natalie has increasingly taken responsibility for Stratitude’s operations, people, clients and commercial performance, making her appointment as CEO a natural next step.

Her leadership extends internationally too. After taking over Sylvia’s position on the AMIN Worldwide EMEA Board, Natalie has since become Co-President of AMIN Worldwide EMEA, helping ensure continuity in Stratitude’s international relationships and opportunities.

Sylvia Zanetti on Stratitude’s Next Chapter

Sylvia says:

“Building Stratitude into the agency it is today has been one of the most significant and rewarding chapters of my career. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built – the clients we’ve won and retained, the work we’ve created, the awards we’ve earned, the international relationships we’ve developed and, above all, the team and business that exists today.

“This isn’t a goodbye to Stratitude. As a director and shareholder, I’ll remain connected to the business I’ve helped build, but I believe the time is right to hand over the day-to-day leadership. Natalie knows our business, our clients and our people exceptionally well. I have every confidence in her ability to build on what we’ve created and lead Stratitude into its next chapter.”

Natalie Davies on Leading Stratitude Forward

Natalie says:

“It’s a privilege to formally take on the leadership of a business that Sylvia has spent nearly two decades building. Having worked alongside Sylvia over the past few years, I know the strength of the business, our people and our client partnerships incredibly well.

“I’m excited to build on that foundation and take Stratitude forward, while continuing to deliver the strategic thinking, creative work and level of partnership our clients know and expect from us.”

Looking Ahead

As we step into this next chapter, we’re excited about what lies ahead for Stratitude.

With the continuity of our team, client relationships and strategic approach firmly in place, our focus now turns to the future – building on the strong foundations we’ve established while continuing to map Stratitude’s growth and evolution.

There’s plenty still to come, and we’re excited to see where this next chapter takes us.
