Stratitude is proud to announce that it has achieved a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Level 2 status.

The 2019/2020 assessment is Stratitude’s highest B-BBEE rating, and coincides with its 10-year anniversary, a milestone which the agency is marking with an internal philosophy – #countMEin – that inspires employees to take responsibility for their actions in achieving the best possible results for the agency and its clients.

Stratitude’s commitment to B-BBEE comprises partnerships with black female-owned enterprises and suppliers, internship programmes that cultivate applied learning among previously disadvantaged individuals, and the management of communication requirements for Sunshine Association – a non-profit organisation that supports children with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.

The Level 2 status has improved Stratitude’s B-BBEE procurement recognition level to 125%, paving the way for increased opportunities arising from organisations that have B-BBEE-compliant procurement policies.

“Stratitude is proud to be awarded a Level 2 B-BBEE status. Reaching this level is testament to the strides we’ve made in fulfilling our operational and transformation goals. We’ve pulled together to embrace the ethos of #countMEin, and we are grateful for the opportunities to invest in social and enterprise development initiatives as part of this campaign. We look forward to doing so much more, not only to attain the highest B-BBEE level, but ultimately, to realise our country’s full potential”, says Sylvia Schutte, Stratitude Managing Director.
