Integrated agency Stratitude has been appointed to redesign the Yotti’s Turkish Delight brand across their full range of products. Yotti’s is a proudly South African company that has been in the confectionery industry for 15 years.
“We’re delighted that we’ve been chosen for this project,” says Stella Carter, head of client service at Stratitude. “Our creative team has been sharpening their skills in design packaging, successfully growing this part of our portfolio. We have exciting ideas for the rebrand and can’t wait to get started.”
In February 2017, Yotti’s was bought by Beyers Brands, adding to the growing number of premium brands under the company’s collection.
“Stratitude redesigned a range of slabs for Beyers Chocolates and the result was a 48% increase in sales,” said Kees Beyers, founder and CEO of Beyers Chocolates. “They were also our first choice to redesign our Chocolatier’s Collection, so naturally when we wanted to create a new look for Yotti’s, we called on Stratitude.”
The agency is tasked with creating a fresh, new identity for Yotti’s that will separate it from competitors. The redesign must include subtle Turkish Design elements and showcase the brand in a unique, tasteful way.
“Turkish Delight packaging is easily recognised because the same colours and patterns tend to be used, and while we want to keep some of these traditional elements, we’ll be adding a modern touch. “Yotti’s has a gorgeous range of Turkish Delight and we can’t wait to make the new packaging as irresistible as the product inside,” says Carter.
